Dr. Pullen graduated WSU 1975 Worked at AZ vet emergency service with Dr. Finkenbine and also worked at the Humane Society spay neuter. In 1980 Dr. Pullen ran Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic. Dr. Pullen is a huge asset to the team at ABC assuring your pets are taken care of and live long healthy lives!
Christopher Miller DVM
Dr. Chris Miller joined the ABC team in 2011. Dr. Miller is a huge asset and a great team player! Dr. Miller is dedicated to the goal of minimizing over pet population by spay and neutering and is one of our main spay/neuter surgeons!
Carlotta Groves DVM
Dr. Carlotta Groves comes from the Carolinas in the deep south, a place where people say what they mean and mean what they say. She graduated with honors from Clemson University in South Carolina and attended the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated in the top seven of her class. She then went on to get her PhD, also at the University of Georgia. Afterwards, Dr. Groves worked at doing successful research at the University of Arizona for several years. Dr. Groves also worked with both large and small animals in the states of California and Texas for several years as well as owning her own mobile mixed animal practice. Her fondness for small animal veterinary medicine led her back to Arizona, where she lives with her husband, two dogs, cat, and two horses.

Roger Finkenbine DVM
Dr. Finkenbine received his DVM in 1974 at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Ohio State. He came directly to Tucson right out of OSU and ended up at the veterinary emergency service for two years before starting the first cat only clinic in Tucson in 1976. Dr. Finkenbine owned and operated Feline Ltd Cat Clinic until he sold it and retired in 2004. Dr. Finkenbine has worked at Animal Birth Control for the last 5 years vaccinating dogs and cats at their vaccination clinics.
Walter Cole DVM
Dr. Cole received his DVM from Colorado State University and served a residency in medicine and surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon returning to Tucson, he owned and operated a small animal hospital as well as a house call practice. His family includes Davey, a German Shepherd, Jenny, a Standard Poodle, and Beau, an Arabian horse.
